I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s visit to Starbucks deserves the attention. Unfortunately, they were out of a few items (which is understandable with the fall launch), but what stood out was the way the barista, Amany, handled everything.
I come almost every day when she’s working because she consistently makes my drink perfectly and so efficiently. Even when she’s working alone, she’s quick, attentive, and always has a genuine smile. She takes the time to acknowledge every customer, which makes such a difference.
Today, I witnessed a very upset customer who was unhappy that oat milk was sold out. Amany kindly suggested other non-dairy options, but the customer responded rudely even saying she’d just bring oat milk from Target. Despite being called names and treated poorly, Amany stayed calm, kind, and professional. She kept smiling, offered to remake the drink, and never once let the negativity affect how she treated others.
What really stood out to me was how kind-hearted she is. So many people asked if she was okay, but she never put her head down or let the situation break her. She didn’t let her emotions get the best of her she pushed through the entire rush alone and still had every single drink made in less than 30 minutes. That level of grace and strength is rare to see.
Amany truly went above and beyond, and I hope she gets the recognition and appreciation she deserves from her team. She is the reason I keep coming back.

I seriously had to wait 25 almost 30 minutes for one coffee & there were only 2 people ahead of me. I always have to wait 10-15 mins. I’m so over it. The girls working are ridiculously slow. I understand being short staffed & wait times but half an hour like for what??

they never answer the phone. i always get hung up on or disconnected. just wanted to see if the oven was finally working after weeks of it being broken.
They close at 8pm but at 7:30pm he told me he can’t take any orders since he is short staff , he had to start cleaning … I will think Starbucks pays the cleaning time after the closing time … so ridiculous because I came to do my shopping hopping to enjoy my Starbucks ….

It's Starbucks....however I did meet my Wife there. Most expensive cup of coffee I ever had
Really terrible service. They were busy so slow would have been okay but while there was a wrapping line Elle decided to spend five minutes rocking straws and not acknowledging customers. Katerna disappeared for several minutes while this was happening and no drinks were made. Again, I was cool with slow. They were busy but the almost 30 minutes it took to get a drink could have been cut in half by people who were actually working.

Clean and friendly staff
Unlike a typical standalone Starbucks where most of the employees are trained to give you consistent experience, it's located inside a Target store, and the service is not bad but a little different.
