This bakery baked an excellent tasting & beautiful birthday cake. My family & friends were all impressed. They also had a great assortment of goodies to choose from on display in store. I bought some shaped sugar cookies, which were also nicely decorated & very yummy. I will be back for future bakery needs.

Ordered a Lemon cake with Stawberry buttercream and a dozen cupcakes. Very nicely decorated had a great ordering experience. The Stawberry butter cream was delicious! The cake had no lemon flavor and was EXTREMELY dense! Not worth the cost. The cupcakes were delicious. Need better tracking of receipts, Charge again at pick up for an order that was already paid for.

Pros (1):-Taste: The cake was absolutely delicious. I am gluten-free and it is very difficult to find great tasting gluten free desserts. We recieved many compliments regarding the taste.Cons (2):-Horrible Decoration: I included a reference picture and said "I attached a picture. In the picture, there are three tiers; however, we would just need one tier for the decorated cake. I really like how it is decorated with the berries, sauce, and flowers. If possible, could the flowers be burgundy and navy?". As you can see by the big differences in the attached pictures, we did not get what we requested. We are disappointed since we paid a lot of money for the cake and this cake was displayed for all of our wedding guests to see.-Poor communication: There were large gaps in email responses. In the month of our wedding, it took 12 days to receive the final price with the updated RSVPs and then another 6 days to receive the invoice to pay the bill. We were not able to pay until 6 days before the wedding, which was stressful.

Our 8 inch round carrot cake was magnificent! Tastiest cake we've ever had. It had 3 generously sized layers with not too sweet cream cheese frosting and filling. We will order again soon!Parking: Store front parking is a few steps from the bakery.Kid-friendliness: The employees love kids and cater to their kid tastes. They clearly welcome all ages

Purchased a small birthday cake from them about two years ago. Vanilla with chocolate frosting. It tasted like sawdust! Most of it was thrown away.Decided to try again this week. Called all week when they were supposed to be open. Finally left a message. They called back Friday and told me they were too busy to make a birthday cake for Monday. I understand busy but I had been trying them all week during their “open” hours. I will never try again. Very unreliable and this was their second chance.

Sweet Temptations did my dessert for my wedding on 9/2. We did a salted caramel cheesecake for us to cut and mini cheesecakes, cookies, and a couple different bars for our guests. The desserts were fantastic, the cheesecake was a hit. They also delivered on time and were super helpful with questions I had through out the wedding process. Thanks Marlene and team!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was in a situation where I hired a private baker months in advance for a baby shower and needed cookies, cake pops, pretzels, and the like. Three days prior to the event the original baker I hired cancelled my order. I was in a panic but found Sweet Temptations and they not only were able to make time for me, but they made my order with precision, everything looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious! The event guests kept raving about how good everything was and multiple guests asked for the bakery information because they needed to taste more! I won’t go anywhere else in the future!

I am beyond disappointed with the wedding cake that was served this weekend. There was no effort put into at all and clearly anything I had asked for was not communicated or written down.I had a unique wedding to say the least. I had a black dress and dark themed decor. Each table was a different Disney movie. My husband wanted a cake that was "out there, unique, and not something you would normally see at a wedding." These exact words used along with many other things asked for...For starters we asked for a topsy turvy cake and not one layer be the same as the other. We discussed marbling,, but again, either each layer different colors OR this be done on two layers instead of all four. We also wanted Disney love characters on here. We specifically asked to NOT have the original Disney characters on here (Mickey and Minnie, Donald and Daisy Duck, etc). We asked for characters like Simba and Nala, Wall-E and Eve, Woody and Bo Peep, John Smith and Pocahontas, Lady and the Tramp, and so on. We also asked for as many of these characters as possible. They only put one character on each level and you could barely see it. I know we discussed putting these images in our accent color, gold, if the cake was too dark, but clearly that wasn't written down either since you barely could see the FOUR characters they put in black on there... two of them being Mickey and Minnie and then Tinkerbell (didn't know Tinkerbell was a couple with herself!!)Now I thought I would hear from the cake place within a month before the wedding... 2 weeks before the wedding... but no. Almost a week before the wedding I received an email to confirm they had everything we discussed (clearly not)! Marlene had requested a head count on Wednesday, May 17 and asked if she should call me. I had requested for her to do so. Thursday, May 18th the whole day goes by and I hear nothing so I call an hour before they close. Marlene was not available so I left my info with a gentlemen who assured me that she'd call back. She didn't. Friday, May 19 the whole day goes by again so I call 2 hours before they close and Marlene isn't available. I go over my concerns with the gentlemen and once again I was assured it would look "out there, unique, and something you don't normally see."Then a even leveled cake covered in all 4 layers of dark blue frosting (supposedly marble) is presented with 4 black blob cutouts of characters was presented at my wedding.Way to put in some "wow" there guys! Super super SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!Oh! Lastly, they left nothing to cut the cake with!! I had to use the silverware I supplied for our guests to cut it!!My husband and I did tastings at 7 different cake places all 45-90 minutes away from our home since the wedding was not near where we lived. So this was the #1 disappointing thing at our wedding.I don't have photos to upload yet, but I will gladly add them one I have them from the photographer to show how terrible this cake looked.
