They really struggle to make it a personable experience with these goofy kiosks now. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes or so while they just low-key stared at me excepting me to just order at the kiosk. I HATE THE KIOSKS THEY SUCK and kinda make people lazy in the workplace.

We were really looking forward to trying the new Taco Bell in Yorkville, but our experience was very disappointing. We ordered 13 items — tacos, chalupas, gorditas, and a quesadilla — and almost everything was cold or stale. Two tacos were forgotten at the counter, the meat was cold, and the chalupa shells tasted old. We spent $78 and expected much better from a brand-new location. Hopefully management reaches out to make this right, because we’d love to give it another chance.

I've been to this location before but typically go through the drive thru however today my husband and I went inside and ordered. We were immediately greeted by staff to take our order and our food came out fairly quick and was good.
This establishment is it needs an overall rehab. There's mold on the ceiling right behind where the cashier stands, water is dripping from the ceiling and the place needs an overall deep cleaning.
