We were very pleased with the quality of the food, the servers and all of our dealings with Upper Crust catering. Now, that comes with a tradeoff- 1) They may run a small operation, and so, communication and timely responses was pulling teeth. If that causes you anxiety.. you may want to splurge with one of the big name catering companies. 2) they were provided timeline, layout, etc, and I am not so certain that was relayed to the staff that was actually there running the buffet line. Our main point of contact was not there. Buffet Tables were not pulled until 45 mins after we had planned for first dances. I’m no wedding expert, but our main point of contact could’ve Voiced any concern or expertise on serving times prior to the wedding, instead of their Buffett staff and us having to deal with it day of

Uppercrust has done phenomenal work feeding senior citizens at Oswegoland Senior & Community Center and the food is delicious and always delivered hot and on time. Recently they donated to the Kendall County TRIAD Senior Picnic and cannot say enough about a business that gives back to their community. I highly recommend them for your catering needs.

The service was very impressive. The servers were so very kind and professional. We had a large event with around 250 people. We ordered chicken saltimbocca and pork schnitzel. Both were delicious. They were attentive and easy to get a hold of.

After reading the review by Kristy Hord I was reluctant to order from Upper Crust for my daughter’s baby shower. I’m SO happy I went ahead and placed my order. The food was amazing! Really, really AMAZING!! Everything was so fresh, nothing from the can and nothing frozen. I ordered the herb roasted chicken, braised beef brisket, buttered green beans, and the tyme roasted new potatoes, and mixed green salad, with assorted dinner rolls. All of my guests were talking about how good the food was and several of them asked for a business card. I didn’t have a card, so I wrote down the name and phone number so they could get in touch with Paul at Upper Crust. Job well done!!! I most definitely will be ordering again.

From the first phone call to the delivery of our food the people who took care of us were friendly and professional. Everyone raved about the food and we are glad we still have some yummy leftovers! After searching high and low for a full-service caterer that wouldn't break the bank, I found Upper Crust. We had a tasting this past weekend and immediately gave them a deposit. I can't stop thinking about how good the food was. Looking forward to our upcoming wedding even more now knowing we’ll have a wonderful dinner for our family and friends.
