I went in Drive-through
And ordered a baconator large fries and i didn’t even get my baconator i think it was David single one instead because it didn’t have bacon it has tomato and mayo and lettuce and I been trying to call the store and it keep asking for a code

It was lunch time and it seems they didn't have enough workers to handle it. The workers they did have had a hard time communicating to customers and vice versa. I saw a woman in the back emptying a bag of lettuce into the bin with no gloves on....that's disgusting.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Everybody is clueless with their job. No common sense. Repeated my order back to the guy three times for him to still get my order wrong. Overcharged me For three large fries that I never asked for. Forgot my drink. Will not be going back until they get new staff!

Workers misunderstood what i said over 4 times in one order, i ordered a double biggie bag with a small sprite. It took over 30 minutes to get my food, the manager gave me a day old cookie that was hard as an apology. Consistantly the worse breakfast place.

I was in the drive through. I will never be going again. Ai gets my order wrong I sit there trying to get someone or something to answer me nobody does I pay for my food and it’s all wrong! Get that robot outta there. And I don’t mean I’m never going to this one again I’m never going to Wendy’s in general till they get ai gone. Ai is bad enough for our economy now you making bro take my order. Nah. Take my changes at Burger King lol

Disappointed, Wendy's was my go to but lately everything seems so bad 👎. Had a Dave's Double and the patties were hot but super dry, cardboard level, my wife's single burger was the same. It's was early like 11 ish and the place was empty, they must have made a bunch and then let the burgers sit. Ended up tossing them both.

I went there at 2 AM in the morning on a Friday night because everything else was closed and one of the employees, Ronnie he was fantastic. He had the energy like if it was midday he treat him a very nicely and I will definitely come back hopefully not at 2 AM

Restraint dining room absolutely disgustingly dirty. Felt like I’d get a disease if I sat down to eat there. Waited five minutes to place my order kid was too busy on his phone. I walked out and went somewhere else. I will never go to this location again, even though it’s a 5 min drive I’ll go to a different location
