there's not even options for the complaints that I have about the Zion dunkin' donuts. it's Christmas day I thought it would be nice to surprise the kids and family with donuts and coffee and breakfast sandwiches but first I had to look and see your hours I was delighted to find out that Dunkin donuts opens up at 4:00 a.m. first things first I would assume if the business hours posted say 4:00 a.m. that would mean that the store is open and ready to serve business to my dismay...read full review
I went inside the Dunkin’ in Zion off Sheridan Rd. this morning. The cashier was wearing gloves and typed in our order then grabbed the donuts with the same gloves. We then changed our mind on one of the donuts so she took it out of the bag with the same gloves on and put it back on the shelf. Gross!!!! What happen to using a paper or kitchen tongs to grab the donuts for customers? Who knows how they stock the donuts on the shelf’s too. This is just nasty. I mean don’t...read full review
