Unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin’ in Zion was not a very good one. I stopped in simply to purchase a gift card, so I expected it to be a pretty quick visit. Instead, there was a line and the service was moving extremely slowly, even though there were only a few customers in the store.

I told the lady I want an iced caramel latte with whipped cream. She hands me a vanilla iced coffee. I go back around return it and tell her I ordered an iced caramel latte with whipped cream. She hands me a vanilla iced coffee with whipped cream on it. Not only that but the same exact cup I just returned, with the same order number
