No Holiday sprinkle donut on Dec 26 @ 9am, ordered 2 cinnamon raisin toasted bagels 1 w/cream cheese on side had to repeat that multiple times to get the order right. Received 1 bagel with the cream cheese in the side, then had to show my receipt and wait for the second. Assuming it was correct, I left, it was a plain bagel (not what I ordered and NOT what was on the receipt. Someone else also asked to repeat my coffee order not sure if they couldn’t see the order.

This was my go to Dunkin during the work week and now I don't think I will be purchasing anything from this location moving forward. I went this past Sunday 12/14/2025 and went inside to order and the young lady had a NASTY attitude. The young man working there as well had an attitude. Us as customers are paying for our food, this isn't given to us for free so we expect to have good service and a good experience. You may want to consider hiring people who actually want to work and who leave there Nasty attitudes and bad day at home. When you're serving food in any establishment, they should require these young adults to greet customers as they walk in and not just stand around looking dumb like they didn't see a customer walk in.

Went in around 7:30am, none of the donuts were put away on the shelves making it hard for the worker to see what they had. And didnt have half of the selection they should have. Never going here again.

Over the past year I stopped going to this location. They continue to substitute iced coffee for cold brew. There is a huge difference in taste, something quite noticeable when you drink cold brew all the time. Today 8/8/25 decided to try again. What I got was was so BITTER no amount of sweetener was going to help. Cold brew is not that bitter.
