I seen a racist call the police on the workers because the drive-thru line was long ! They said the black man was taking too long! And they tried to make the police make the manager open the lobby after the lobby closed! And the same racist lady said the manager was rude because he didn't let the police in after hours and he or the other employees didn't call them! I remember the woman Carol! I remember that day but you won't say anything about how rude that customer was because she did not know how to place the order or pick up the order didn't that guy tell her her name was on the computer for her to put in the cold and pick it up and the lady still was rude and nasty and tried to say something about his mother? Their staff is outstanding! The thing is this app only works on the complaints from customers I wish there was a way so you can post a video because I believe 90% of these customers are not telling the truth I've seen it first hand a lot of these customers are very rude!
