A few weeks ago: Very, very disappointed! We ordered several twist ice creams through the drive thru, and they just could not get me my order right, even after slowly repeating my order so many times, and then our cones were so lopsided.
Today we place our order, and saw that other customers that placed their orders at least 10- 15 mts after we had placed ours, were getting their orders. My husband went to go ask the cashier about our order and they didn’t even know what we were talking about. My husband showed them the receipt and then we had to wait another 10-15 mts for our food to be done, and then we noticed that the cashier that took our order missed an item and the experience was just so disappointing. The cashier that took our order took the time to write down order and charge us but was in a rush to leave and never placed our ticket to the cooks.

I’ve gone to Shirl’s over the years here and there but I went last week, first time in a while, and the burger I got was BOMB! Fries were fresh too. Next time I wanted a burger, had to stop in and same thing. Went again last night and amazing, ice cream cone was really good too.
Everyone’s complaining about the price but it’s not that bad compared to every other fast food place so not fair to say their prices are “outrageous.” Sorry but we’re never going back to $5 meals anymore…wish we would but what’re you gonna do ??♂️ Definitely check this place out if driving by!

Good food. Mostly clean. Worker left something to be desired. Was only customer in there and she walked by me numerous times, finally after 15 min I asked if I could order some food. Acted like I was bothering her.

Always great food always great prices. Best soft serve you can get in town hands down, and you won't spend a fortune no matter what chu get. If you never had a grub with cheddar cheese sauce on top, then you need it you want it. Its a homebrew you can only find at shirls. FIRE!!!
