I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks before, but this location I just tried today for the first time and there was an extremely rude young lady working there. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve received. I went in to purchase a mug and a gift card and the whole exchange was just very unprofessional. She couldn’t even bag my items. Do better Starbucks!
I love it here but the music is way too loud not sure what that's all about they need to
to turn it down…. I'm wearing blue tooth headphones on loud and I can hear every word of the song playing.

Pour serivce since it opened they mess drinks up an i have to literally tell them to remake it. I was given the another dried fruit in separate cup cause they run out of product an told to add to my refresher myself as if i am not paying for the drink the efforts not there
More often than not, they mess up my order.

Always a pleasure! Clean, super friendly service. It gets busy but the baristas work very hard to keep everything moving.

i had placed a mobile order for couple drinks and they completely messed up all the orders except for 2 drinks and I ordered 5 in total. The drinks that were supposed to be made hot, it was cold and I asked for extra 3/4 milk in them and tell me how extra means less than 1/4 milk quantity? I dont mean to be rude but I had ordered them sunday morning while on a rush to church. I placed the moblie order roughly 25 mins before I came to pick them up. I am horribly disappointed. Im also disappointed as per the fact that the barista told me I had to order steamed milk with my hot drinks? I personally work at starbucks myself and never realised hot coffees didnt come with hot milk even when theyre supposed to be made with steamed milk lol. Ig you learn something new everyday huh? Some of the barista's there are really nice and you can tell they genuinely care. From a customer perspective, please start being more kind to people barista's. I know it can be tough and some days arent the best but we all are people. And Customers, please also be kind to your baristas.

Half of the time they get my drinks right and the other half they don't. How do you forget caramel on a caramel frappe.
My pickup order wasn't ready at its timeslot. Several people were served before me that ordered after I did the lid wasn't all the way on on my drink so it spilled in my car.
Horrible experience thur the drive thru. Gave me wrong order that I had picked up for wife. After getting home and calling the store about said wrong order. The only options were to drive all the way back and get right order. While on the phone, they had time stamps and charges of orders and made it seem like I was in the wrong for everything. Drove back all the way back and when I got there, they were very annoyed that they had to make another drink which was the right order and what I had paid for. Not one sorry was said throughout the whole experience!
