My pickup order wasn't ready at its timeslot. Several people were served before me that ordered after I did the lid wasn't all the way on on my drink so it spilled in my car.

Horrible experience thur the drive thru. Gave me wrong order that I had picked up for wife. After getting home and calling the store about said wrong order. The only options were to drive all the way back and get right order. While on the phone, they had time stamps and charges of orders and made it seem like I was in the wrong for everything. Drove back all the way back and when I got there, they were very annoyed that they had to make another drink which was the right order and what I had paid for. Not one sorry was said throughout the whole experience!

First of all, I've never left a review for this Starbucks. But there is a young lady who makes my drink wrong every time I come in for it.
I'm going to show you this one my son ordered for me, and I know this is not what I ordered.

The cup is not full and there is no lavender foam at the bottom, she gives me more matcha than lavender foam which makes the drink bitter.

And this started a year back and I hope it doesn't continue.

Most of the employees there are pretty friendly but, it's just two that seem as if they are frustrated with the way I like my drink made.

So, I'll avoid ordering from the two if they are there by requesting someone else make my drink and this is Zion on the corner of 173.

I asked for a venti ribbon crunch and they gave me grande and then my lavender matcha late doesn’t taste or looks the drink and ask where was the lavender and she said in the middle

Service is typically good, cheerful greetings are pretty consistent… the drinks however are not consistent!

Management please full stop with baristas that don’t properly make the drinks, while they will remake the drinks without any complaints, it’s happening much too often at THIS location

Particularly on the weekends with a busy crowd happening… Starbucks is not cheap and customers come paying for overpriced drinks for their unique taste. Regularly ordered drinks have a look and color that customers know, so when our drinks are served “hurriedly thrown together” we can tell the flavor is not going to be good, usually by the color and the ratio layers being off

Your company solicits PRE tips, but we don’t know if our tips will be rewarded with a good flavorful drink… this needs immediate change in a time when everything is becoming more expensive… which could lead to ppl excluding bougie treats like Starbucks, so they can put their funds towards essentials

I had an issue with a coffee order at the drive up and I spoke with Joey the area manager who talked me through it. He gave me some new education too, which I'm always open to and was super nice. Thank you!

I used to come to this location every morning when I was a farmer to buy the exact same thing. Two breakfast sandwiches, egg protein box, and a large açaí refresher. Never have I ever had a problem here. I feel bad going through the drive through especially when there’s multiple cars ahead of me and that does take a considerable amount of patience to endure sometimes but the food and drink always comes how I ordered it so it’s worth the wait. I went in on thanksgiving twice in the same day, once in the store and once in the drive through and both times I got what I ordered and the staff were (and normally are) very friendly. One star taken off simply because the pricing is insane :)

Rude customer service at the drive thru! The employee working the speaker asked to take my order and then proceeded to YELL at me to wait TWICE. Was very confused when I ask ask to give my order and then wait?!
