We have been here twice. Today I called 3 times to make sure they honored our coupon and was assured they did, even specified which menu items we were getting and what the coupon was for and the manager said yes because they accept coupons for specific subs. When my boyfriend got there with the coupon they tried to tell him he couldn't use it, even after the manager said we could. Thankfully I had called several times in advance and been so specific on what we were ordering so they were forced to honor it. We live 2 minutes from this location and have been avoiding it because of a negative experience the first time we came in. After this though I don't think we will ever return to this location. And I would recommend no one else does either.
