This is medical clinic at Walmart Zion should not have a license to practice. This location is not open the hours they are posting! They are closing early on multiple days but have not informed the public. I drove an hour to this location today to get needed medical help, only to find it was closed early, but their posted hours haven't been changed to alert the public. This is by far the worst Walmart in America!! They cannot get a grocery order right to save your souls. I have stopped their service and my last order was so jacked up where the driver picked up a gallon of fabuloso in place of laundry detergent- how dumb is this?!?! Does the driver shop because I got 3 wrong items and 1 right item in a 20 item delivery- really? Then told I would be reimbursed- great customer service? Wrong!!!! Decent, but the self checkouts are way too backed up sometimes. Expired stuff is sometimes sold here too but ultimately it's convenient for me whenever I need to buy something and this is the closest option for me as well
