Rolling Dough Pizza Co. opened to much excitement. The first day customers tried chicken bacon rsnch pizza and meatball ricotta, and the breadsticks were described as the best ever. Those breadsticks sold out quickly and later were made in a way that felt like frozen from a dollar store, disappointing many. The pizza itself remains wonderful, with fresh ingredients cooked to perfection and melting in the mouth. The atmosphere is welcoming, upbeat, and sparkling, and the family owned and operated team is friendly and fun to hang out with. Hot honey pepperoni pizza and sausage pepperoni mushroom ricotta are also highlighted as amazing. Many recommend returning for the quality and variety.
