The food is good, when you get what you ordered anyways. This was our favorite place to dine in or carry out for breakfast. The last few times we tried their carry-out. Unfortunately we have not been satisfied with our orders. They forget the hash browns in every carry-out. We never have a problem dining in though. If we eat here again, it will be dine in and not carry-out.
The food was really good. My husband and I got the taco omelette, which was topped with queso and served with a side of hash browns and toast. This family-friendly establishment is run by a lovely family, and we will certainly be returning.
My wife and I have only experienced breakfast at El Machete so we can only speak to that portion of their menu. It has become our favorite weekend treat on most Saturdays. It is a standard cafe dining experience, but it’s their consistency with delivering good food at a reasonable price in a clean environment that puts them at the top of list for a “must go to” place. It fits well in our town’s culture - Family oriented, run by decent hard-working Americans that care...
