“If you are passing through the small town of Akron and your feeling hungry, this is the perfect spot to eat at. The service and food were both spot on. Everything blended so well together, and the filet mignon was so divine for a small town restaurant. I would definitely recommend the fried pickles, I have NEVER tasted any fried pickle meal like the one cooked at Kristy's. The owner herself is also very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit everytime we pass through Akron.”

“Have always had good food from the Akron Subway.Only one time was a mistake, but they corrected... it was a full bus load of students who ordered so much food that they ran out of certain vegetables to make my online order. But they gave me a replacement for the unexpected inconvenience.?”

“The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars is because I usually go to the family side and it could use a little extra personality ;) But the last time I was there they had added a few more signs etc so it was better. The bar side is lively and fun and the service is great! Food is always good. Last time we were there was a Friday and the food was served quickly. Cassie was on the ball with drinks and making sure we had what we needed on the family side, even tho they were busy in the bar. Great small-town option for lunch or dinner”

“I can’t rave enough about Bourbon Street Pizza! In the middle of the snowstorm they stayed open late to take our order while we were waiting for police to arrive after our slide off. THEN OFFERED TO DELIVER TO US!! We had amazing delivery guys! They were so kind! And the pizza was delicious!!”

Two outstanding professionals who handled the lunch rush with great attitudes and a dedicated “customer first” experience. I’ve dined at Subway for several years (mainly at larger and urban environments where the experience is typically average) and today’s experience was very great, if not the best! “This is the FIRST Subway location that has not messed up our order and had it ready on time. I was politely greeted by a young woman when I first entered. The other locations never greet me when I enter. Our order was perfectly made. The subs weren't sloppy and floppy. The salad was amazing! It tasted really good and was very nice looking in it's container. Overall I am extremely pleased with the Subway in Mentone, IN.”
