Tried calling multiple times to place a carry-out order, but no one would pick up. Working in the food industry, I know phone issues happen, so I drove to town to place my order in the store. When it was my turn, I informed the woman at the counter that there may be a phone issue, in which, she told me the ringer was off. I placed my order (large pizza and railroad ties) and paid. I returned 20 minutes later as directed. She slides a pizza box across the counter and I ask about the railroad ties. "Oh, shit" was my response. "That will take just a minute." She does put the pizza on top of the oven to stay warm, I thank her. I stand there and wait a handful of minutes. Wondering what is going on, as nothing was communicated (other than what was stated. She passes me again and I ask if she forgot about the railroad ties. She said she did, then begins to visually begin slamming boxes and pizza cutters around, as if it was my fault she had forgotten and I was a burden. After another few moments pass and objects slammed, she tosses my pizza and railroad ties back across the counter. I very calmly tell her that her response is unprofessional and I walk away. Just to come home to my mother biting into her pizza with a long blond curly hair melted in the cheese. Needless to say, we won't be returning. I tried reaching out on messenger before this review to get resolve, but was left on read. So, essentially I paid full price to be degraded and for my mother to eat hair. 0/10 recommend.
