I LOVE this place. Found it while stopping for lunch during my workday (I travel all around northern Indiana). I've been here multiple times now and let me say, the coffee is amazing. The food is incredible. And the desserts are out of this world.
The Fox Den is my go to place for coffee and a light bite to eat. The dining room is cheerful and welcoming. The owner, Amy, is friendly and she makes you feel welcome. The internet connection is reliable, too. If you are in Albion on business or are passing through town, be sure to stop. She just started serving lunch. My favorite is the chicken salad croissant.

This place is so cozy and the people that work there are pretty nice. I got a maple bacon burrito but I guess I didn’t realize it’s literally just bacon in a burrito. The caramel latte was pretty good! But the autumn leaves latte was a bit too bitter for me. But they did have a large variety of seasonal drinks and pastries that all looked amazing!
