Food was delicious. Fresh. My bacon ranch burger was on point. Staff was doing okay, seemed a little hectic, but lobby was empty and I don't recall a lot of cars in drive thru, but I could be wrong. Lobby was dirty. All the open tables were filthy.
Went there tonight to get food, drive through broken so we had to go inside. Ordered our food to go, we had 4 meals ordered. Got home to eat and half of our order was missing and the sandwiches were done poorly and wrong. Albion Dairy Queen has gone down hill and doesn’t have employees that care enough about their business. We are extremely disappointed and we will never be returning to DQ. They have had too many chances. We will drive elsewhere for better food and better employees!

As a customer I haven't had many issues as far as using drive-thru and my order being right. However as a dasher it's a different story. It's hit and miss when I come here if the order is ready or if they even acknowledge I exist. Yes that is what I said. The last time I tried to pick a order up here I stood there for 10 minutes and waited for someone to acknowledge me or talk to me to see what I wanted or needed. That never happened.
