Update: This facility seems to be getting faster and seems to have a much better staff than in the previous years. I don't go very often due to bad experiences over the years, but the last three or four times have been quick and friendly.

The food is the worst I've had at any Dairy Queen. The wait times are ridiculous. Half the girls working are nice and half of them are there for social hour or to play on their phone's. Service has gone down hill over the years since some of the better management has left. Can't get out of drive thru in less than 10-15 minutes.

Went through the drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers and waited about 9 or 10 minutes to get my order so I figured they must of just made them fresh. Instead what they did was microwaved both of them which made them plenty hot even the buns were super hot but the bread rubbery and touch to chew :(
UPDATE: Please read their response and note that they do NOT deny microwaving the whole cheeseburgers...look at the bun in the picture.

Went through drive thru in Albion IN. Was ordered paid and had food in less than 15 minutes. Order was 100 % correct even with special orders. Great job!! Will come back.

The service and and food was good but the place is filthy, tables were sticky, seats dirty, the wood trim around the booths looks gross
Order two chili cheese dogs an order of onion rings and a chicken strip basket there was no cheese on the chili cheese dogs there was no sauce no gravy and the onion rings were so hard you couldn't hardly ea them if there was a negative rating that's what you would get. There must be a bonus for hiring stupid people, worst dairy Queen on the planet they need someone there to lead them

I’ve lived in many, manyyyyyyy counties. Dairy Queen of Albion Indiana needs new MANAGEMENT!!!! It is not fast food. It is sit down and wait at a busy busy Olive Garden. Ridiculous. Those young growing high schoolers need a better leader. Period.

Dont come here if you want your order wrong. My order was completely wrong, lazy kids overflowed the blizzards, and had to wait over 25 mins for everything.
