Crew is always working. Very busy place in a small town without many options. Usually the crew is slammed trying their best to keep up with the help they have. Always polite and always trying to do their best. Keep up the good work.

We just came here on a whim, everyone was starving, and we did not regret our decision!!! They were so patient with the kids ordering. The food was hot and fresh. The dining room was clean. Laura and Bryce were exceptionally nice and I enjoyed having them take care of us!!!
Service was great, food was fresh and the we had a hot fudge sundae MALT!! YUMMM.

Update: This facility seems to be getting faster and seems to have a much better staff than in the previous years. I don't go very often due to bad experiences over the years, but the last three or four times have been quick and friendly.

The food is the worst I've had at any Dairy Queen. The wait times are ridiculous. Half the girls working are nice and half of them are there for social hour or to play on their phone's. Service has gone down hill over the years since some of the better management has left. Can't get out of drive thru in less than 10-15 minutes.

Went through the drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers and waited about 9 or 10 minutes to get my order so I figured they must of just made them fresh. Instead what they did was microwaved both of them which made them plenty hot even the buns were super hot but the bread rubbery and touch to chew :(
UPDATE: Please read their response and note that they do NOT deny microwaving the whole cheeseburgers...look at the bun in the picture.

Went through drive thru in Albion IN. Was ordered paid and had food in less than 15 minutes. Order was 100 % correct even with special orders. Great job!! Will come back.
