“Was in the state when we found this little gem on the side of the road. Cute small pod-sized restaurant with no dine in but plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy once it’s summer. Betty Boop figurines are quite nostalgic. Pizza crust has a good flaky texture, sauce had a bit of sweetness, and the breadsticks were right on point. The petite female who took our order was very friendly and made our experience great. We couldn’t give it 5 stars because as Chicagoans, Chicago pizza is the best.“

“My family likes to try different Pizza Kings around Indiana (they're similar but each one is a little unique in taste). The Alexandria location is a good one. The only thing I would say is that it's VERY expensive. I suppose everything is these days, but even so I thought we paid quite a bit for what we got. That said, everything was hot, delicious, and came out fast. You go up to order, but everything from that point on is brought to your table. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely a good (albeit expensive) choice for pizza in Alexandria.“

“I've made order both for delivery and pickup. I order online and doing so is a breeze to navigate the portal. Every delivery was exactly on time if not a few minutes before ETA. The delivery drivers had a kind smile and a respectful presence, and with pickup, the workers behind the counter sincere and punctual... Seemed like a store that loved what they did... “Wow. This place is amazing !! Their pizza, sandwiches , salads and apps are so yummy. I have never had anything to eat here that wasn't good. However, today they did something to make me a life long customer. I ordered a pizza to take home, On the way home I got an emergency call I had to go help with immediately. Sadly the pizza got left in my very hot car for 2 hours. I called Arts and asked a manager if they thought it was still safe to eat. They just were not sure, so they said bring it back and we will make you a new one, no charge. What!! This was not their fault. I left it in the car, I didn't ask for anything yet they stepped up to offer me a replacment . I live 45 min. away so I didn't go back, but their kindness was unbelieveable.. I am an Arts girl from now on !!“

“Absolutely delicious, always accurate. I deducted a star because I order/pay online for no contact handoff but they make me sign. The website gives us the option to select contactless and I do because I hate touching the pen. I’m sure they are just doing as they are told of course but asking again for a tip feels like extortion. I tip about 70% of the time on the window pickup orders. I wish they would just hand my stuff instead of pressuring me.“

“Pleasantly surprised when I picked up my pizza. It was hot and ready when they said it was. Staff was pleasant and thanked me for coming to Pizza Hut. Note: we had been going out of town to get pizza because several months ago had a bad experience here. So nice.“
