Our server was good and tried. The food was terrible! Steak was extremely over cooked. There were tons of random chunks of cucumber in our Mac and cheese. The damn drink wasn’t even right from the bar. (I worked at Applebees for yrs.) my son’s kids meal was the only thing hot. $85.00 and ended up feeding it to our dog. Nothing was done. Not even an offer to fix it. I would choose somewhere else! It was a waste of money.

Well, we were in town visiting family, and the steakhouse we wanted to go to was closed due to a kitchen fire.Our server seemed really confused. He took our orders on his phone. He wasn't pleased when he talked to us.He took our drink orders and forgot what they were. He took our food order, and literally everyone around us got our food before us, and we were the 1st ones seated in our section. When we asked if our salads were coming out, he stated he forgot we got a salad and let him go see what he could do. So it finally came out. We then had to ask about our food. We truly do not believe he put the order in the kitchen. He then put it in, and it came out in no time.My order was wrong, but at that point, i was starving and tried to eat my steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was very chewy, so at that point, we were frustrated, paid our bill, and left to go to a restaurant with better service and food.So go at your own risk!

They messed up my dad and my mom’s meal. My mom was supposed to have a 8 oz sirloin topped with mushroom and shrimp. They gave her a 8oz sirloin w a side of shrimp forgot the mushroom and gave her on her stake onions which she did want. She also had LOADED mash potato. Which they gave her normal mash potatoes. They took it to the back. Scraped the onions off and put cold cheese in the potatoes. Then my dad order a 8oz sirloin and got a 6th sirloin. Then forgot the French fries. Then the manger came out gave us the thing we needed was sweet nice and the server was amazing they took 35 dollars off the bill and gave us a free lova cake so we gave them 25 dollar tip……. Great place highly recommend

INEXCUSABLE!!! Took a group of clients to the Anderson Applebee's for drinks and food at 5pm on Monday. Since the bar area was empty we sat at a bar table. Waited 16 minutes and no one waited on us. 2 groups came in after us, waited to be seated, and left after 5-10 minutes. The bar tender and 4 servers stood in the back and chatted. We got up to leave and they all looked up, then went back to their conversation so we left and went to a nearby establishment. Apparently no one at this location/day/shift cares whether they have customers or not. Among the 3 groups that left (including ours) there were 14 people who walked away unserved.

INEXCUSABLE!! Chose to go to Applebees after work with clients for dris and munchies. Bar area was empty so we decided to sit at a table at the bar. Waited 16 minutes while bartender, host, and a couple of servers chatted among themselves. 2 groups came in after us and left due to not being served. We decided to bail also. Got up and left and now one gave a damn. Even watched us walk out. Headed to BW3 where we were served immediately. Applebees missed out on a $200 tab. Too bad because I like Applebee's, just not impressed with this location.
