The food is a little expensive but it’s worth it and every time I go and drive-through the employees are very friendly very helpful. They act like they’re glad you came and they’ve got a wonderful boss a lady boss that is sweet. I can’t member her name. my mind goes blank, but she is like a general manager or something and she is Tops in my book.

Well, just going to Arby’s. I just got there 10 minutes before they close and they’re already closed! Which is fine because usually when I get food there, it’s cold. I just hate to drive to the one all the way down on Scatterfield because I live right by the one on Broadway, but Scatterfield is definitely 100 times better than the one on Broadway. I bet they’ll be open All the way up until their closing time. Should go to that Arby’s cause the Arby’s on Broadway don’t have the beef. Don’t have the service. Don’t have the meat. Don’t have any customers They don’t have lots food and they don’t have to stay open till they’re supposed to apparently

Stopped eating here awhile back. Was asked why by one of their employees while shopping at Ollie's.
Well it's because you hired a former BK employee that told kitchen staff to do something unhealthy to a customers order. To be clear she did this while working at BK.
I don't want to be anywhere within 500 foot of this person.

This is my favorite Arby's location. The place is clean and the staff is the best. They treat every customer with a smile and they go the extra mile to make your visit exceptional. Special kudos to the manager Lee. She is the best. Re-visited again this week and everything was top notch. Great place with a great team.
I have never had an issue with Arbys, I sometimes get a kick for it. Jalapeño poppers are one of mt favorites!

I came through The drive thru to pick up some dinner. I spent almost $50! My Smokehouse brisket had very little meat, and some of it was burnt. My son's 2 Crispy Chicken sandwiches had very small pieces of over done chicken. I wish I could post pictures! I won't be visiting this store again.

Check your orders prior to leaving. Ordered a large fry and it wasn't even filled halfway. Whoever was working 6/5/25 @ 9:30pm, disappointing to say the least.
Sandwiches themselves were good.
Never had issues before but I guarantee I'll be checking from now on if I return to this location.
