Not to long ago me and my wife Skyler came in after not going for so long (no reason). Let me tell you! James Payne is the coolest dude with the coolest name I’ve seen. He is always super nice and put me onto the app for deals. I will always be happy being served by him and the crew he works with. Love that energy!!!!

My Husband went and got me what was supposed to be a Market fresh sandwhich. I wanted the Turkey and Swiss, but I guess they discontinued it, so he got me the turkey and bacon. For almost $9 with this little meat (half the sandwhich didn't even have bacon! The side that did only had 3 tiny little strips! I could not get a good photo showing the size of tomatoes and bacon without zooming in to show the quantity, but believe me they are very small), almost no lettuce and 2 very tiny little tomatoes?! For a place that advertises "we have the meat" where is mine? Is this how they are made now?
3 stars because usually they are decent. Whoever was running the drive thru today 4/26 at about 1:15 pm was very bad. My receipt says Lee but I don’t think that was his name. He was not paying attention at all. I wanted a 3 piece chicken tenders large with curly fries and coke. I got a 5 piece with medium fries and coke and no sauce. I said everything when I ordered and even repeated things after he read them back wrong. There was only one other car in the drive thru at the time so there is no reason for it to have been that wrong.

Arby's has downsized their portions including their drink and fry sizes (see picture) possibly to save money. The food tasted good.
The service was good. The drive thru attendant laughed at me when I questioned whether the drink was a large or not.
After many years of coming to this Arby's, they've only messed up once and they were very sincere in apologizing and fixing my order. Also gave me a free meal for next time. Greg and the Woman manager are both awesome. Lovely counter lady, can't think of her name. Drive thru guys are always polite and efficient. This Arby's proves that the standard for fast food doesn't have to be sub par. I'd give 6 stars if I could. All the surrounding fast food could learn a thing or 2 as the services elsewhere is rough and food is never fresh across the street at wendys.
