Careless. I ordered a beef and cheddar and all of the cheese was in the wrapper, not on the sandwich. My husband ordered a cordon Bleu sandwich and the chicken was clearly past its hold time. Old, dry, and disgusting. It's pretty bad when you drive away from a dine in experience wishing you hadn't eaten.

The place is dirty and their food has gone down in quality. I remember they used to steam the beef before serving it to you and it awas so good but now it's dry and really not that good, I do have to say that the jalapeno poppers were amazing. I just seen a Arby's commercial that had nothing to do with the food but making you feel guilty about not tipping.

The gentleman who gave us our food at the window was very pleasant. Had a great attitude. Made sure we had all our sauces for jalapeño bites and our arby sauce for our beef and cheddar. With his positive attitude and kindness he is a perfect match for working with the public.
