Wow. This place is amazing !! Their pizza, sandwiches , salads and apps are so yummy. I have never had anything to eat here that wasn't good. However, today they did something to make me a life long customer. I ordered a pizza to take home, On the way home I got an emergency call I had to go help with immediately. Sadly the pizza got left in my very hot car for 2 hours. I called Arts and asked a manager if they thought it was still safe to eat. They just were not...

we swarmed Art's today with 15 people. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 3 child spaghettis, 5 sandwiches and 15 drinks. All served quickly and to order. special shout out to our server who was the only server working and did a terrific job.

Haven't been to Art's Pizza since about 1959 or 1960 when I was a little boy (and back then it was at 13th and Fletcher in the downtown area). Our family moved from Anderson in 1961, hence my lengthy absence from this venerable Anderson institution.

So it was a wonderful 65-year-old trip down memory lane to visit today (8/15/2024) and experience the wonderful tastes and flavors and aromas. That first bite of the Italian Roast Beef took me back to another...
