Horriable service…got their ans there were no waiter was or waiters anywhere… and we didn’t even get serviced. Dont recommend…waited 10 minutes at door with ther line filled and nobody agnollegrd it.

Men’s bathroom is consistently the most disgusting of any restaurant in town. The “fragrance dispenser” is a mere decoration, it’s always empty. Bathrooms are easy to clean, kitchens are hard to clean… so if they don’t clean the bathrooms imagine what the kitchens are like. Huge fan of the bartenders but even the tall beer glasses are dirty 10% of the time. Food comes out slow and cold half the time, most of it is overpriced. Seems like half the staff are apathetic and underpaid so not sure why anyone would expect service above that level. They DO have ALL the TVs and sports but honestly for the price why bother?

Decided to give this place another try after bad experience before. We waited for an hour for our food to come out, finally asked the waitress about and she went to check on it, immediately brought it out and it was all ice cold. She gave no apology and was very nasty to us! We had to bring the food home to heat it up and eat! It’s crazy how the waitress knew a bunch of people in the bar area and their food came out just fine!

I’m absolutely positive that I’ve NEVER been in an establishment that has customer service as bad as this location.
I didn’t get a chance to order anything because I wasn’t acknowledged by the wait staff at all. I sat for a bit and after I watched the waiter walk past me and take care of other people, I got up and left.
I know that the environment can be busy, but they need to be more aware of their surroundings and the patrons that come in their section.
Kudos to the black guy with the head wrap that did try to stop me before I walked out. He apologized and I do appreciate that so much but by then I was over it and ready to leave.

We were visiting from out of town and were very disappointed. We were seated quickly but then no one waited on us. There were three people waiting tables and all walked by us at one point without checking in on us, asking us if we needed anything or apologizing for the wait. We walked out and gave our business to MacAllisters next door.

The restaurant was very dirty and stank. The food was good but the waitress’s were grouchy. Mostly the lace was just disgusting and stinky like dirty.

Watched the Dallas game and sat in the bar area so no waiting, service was a bit slow even though they were not as busy as last Sunday. Beer took too long 15 minutes, ordered All American Burger with tater tots and that came out within 10 min. Food was good. Recommend for watching the Sunday games.

Not very good customer interaction skills in this place. Second timr I've went to get take out and been treated and talked to like I'm stupid or something. Plus this time didn't get all the food either. And even though the food is acceptable, it makes me want to choose somewhere else.
