Absolutely the worst service we’ve ever had at any restaurant!. A server named Davis was rude. Order was wrong on several points. She ignored us when I tried to talk about it. The order took over an hour. Fries were cold. Need I keep going? We will never come back. Ever.

The food I was serve was horrible, I spoke with the female Manager working on February 17,2025 at 11:30PM and she had no care in the world. I spent $25.00 and what I received was horrible food and no care from Management. When I complained to the Manager she said she will send a Credit to my Email before she leaves and never did. She just lied. I will never come back here again, I will definitely tell all my truckers buddies don’t waste your money and time because they don’t value customers. I rate them a 1

The wings were tiny and overcooked. 2 out of the ten were decent. The ultimate nachos were just a pile of chips with not much toppings. If it wasn’t for my wife and kids I wouldn’t go to these crap chain restaurants. I can make way better food at home for much cheaper

The to go employee is never polite over the phone. Always sounds like she does not want to do her job. A little politeness could go a long way. Very condescending.

The menu offers a delightful variety of wings flavors, but all cheese burger and the cheese tater tots—each bite was a burst of flavor! The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent service to complement the meal. Whether you’re alone or with your family, This place is the perfect spot. However, I didn’t like that they mixed the wings flavors on the same plate.
Bdubs has been seriously underrated lately. I had been very disappointed previously (a couple years ago) so I hadn’t been back in a while, but I’ve been in twice recently and the food has been absolutely fantastic. The wings are bigger and had the perfect amount of sauce. I also shared a burger that was so juicy and delicious. The service was great both times, too. I’ve just been very impressed lately. Will be going back soon.
This particular Buffalo Wild Wings establishment is by far the best l've been to. The bartenders are focused on their customers and making sure they are served promptly and efficiently. The place is really clean and the food is top notch. I come here at least once a month of more when I'm in the area just because they have a ton of beer choices (draft) and it's always fresh tasting. The food is not expensive and it's good. My kind of establishment!!

Horrible service after waiting too long for server to approach table. Food took forever to come out, order was wrong, and food was cold. Also had to get bill adjusted because she rang it in wrong and over charged us almost $20. Server would've been better if she would've stayed off her phone, had not been eating food, and flirting with kitchen staff who were coming out to service area. When trying to complain to manager/host (?), he just cut me off and said "I already know" and it was not one of our best nights..please come back and give us another try.

My wife and I ordered street taco’s 10 wings and a beer. It took 25 minutes for them to tell me they were out of that beer. After 45 minutes my wife asked about our food. After another 12 minutes we were brought cold taco’s, cold fries, and cold wings. During this time we ordered a to-go meal of 10 boneless wings for my son and grandson. Once we got home we found that the meal was bone-in wings. The service at the Anderson Indiana BWW is beyond bad. The restaurant is not clean. Customer service is non-existent and the food does not even deserve a “0” rating.
