1. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge We were there to be seated2. 1 of our drinks was basically water and the waitress was upset we asked for another one.3. We waited OVER AN HOUR for our food only to be told she forgot to place our order. When I our food finally came it wasn't even what we ordered.We love bdubs but not this Anderson one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

THEFT !!!!!Server helped herself to a 40% tipMuch higher than the original 15% that I left .I expect that management does something about this(I’ve been a server for over 10 years , never once have I overcharged a guest - this is theft and should be treated as such )She was also very inattentive and seemingly carelessWhatever she had going on with her phone appeared to be most important .

Despite being open til midnight, the female who answered the phone said that they don't take phone orders after 10pm but I could come in and order and wait for my food even longer. I have never had that problem at any other buffalo wild wings and i know it's just lazy workers trying to avoid business the last 2 hours of the workday. Needless to say I won't go to Anderson BWW

Door Dashed On New Years Day..Big mistake!! Spent over $70.00 &only got half the food ordered & it wasnot up to standards..so disappointedw everything today!! My husband placed an order over the phone for boneless wings. We got traditional bone in wings. I called the store and was told tge manager was too busy to talk to me about the issue and to call back later or to just come get the boneless wings. When I spoke to the manager in person she repeatedly corrected me that they were called "traditional wings not regular wings". She told me I should have checked my food before leaving(I did look at it but through the box didn't realize it wasn't boneless wings while in store). I was told I shouldn't assume they placed my order right. And I had to ask for the difference back in the cost of the regular wings vs boneless wings. I heard my husband tell them twice on the phone boneless wings. If the management hadn't been so rude and condescending and trying to blame me for the mistake I wouldn't have given a 1 star. But with management who doesn't even accept their mistakes and treat customers like humans I have serious doubts I will ever return. I have already filled the form online out and am awaiting a call from someone about it.

Incredibly inconsistent. I've eaten here around 15 times, sometimes it's perfect, sometimes never want to come back. Last time was great, tonight the wings are like they've been under the heat lamp for hours.

We waited 40 minutes at the minimum for our food which was cold when it arrived and hardly saw our waitress. 2nd horrible experience we have had here. The restaurant was nearly empty when we were there as well.
