Placed a mobile order 4pm Wednesday, arrived and went inside. One woman was waiting for her kiosk order, 3 other people ended up behind us in line. Waited 25min for my order (1 whopper, 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries) and they only included 1 medium fry. The first woman was still waiting when I left. Completely incompetent. Not coming back here

went inside and ordered to go the Black lady that handed me. my food acted like she didn't even want to be there. threw my food on the counter. didn't say have a nice day or anything The buds were not very fresh. kind of hard I won't go back to this one. I will wait until the one on Broadway opens back up. they're a whole lot nicer

Either indoor or delivery you are waiting atleast 45 minutes for one sandwich. Ive lost whole lunch breaks to this place. I just waited an hour for an hour that was never made (ordered 4:32, cancelled at 5:36, no contact from Burger king themselves) i had to cancel and never received my food. Its exhausting to have to wait this long for no communicable reason and its tiring to eat here.

Everything has to be done at a kiosk now. Had to go back to the counter after we received our food to request cups for our drinks. They were sold out of onion rings so unable to order the steakhouse Whopper.
