After a rousing, fun-filled visit to Uranus Fudge Factory, we asked one of the staff where we could find a good place for lunch. We specified no a chain restaurant, but somewhere local. Her immediate, first answer was BYOB.

Full Stop. Build Your Own Burrito? I think this was the easier lunch decision we've ever made. "Waze, navigate me to BYOB".

Less than a ten minute drive later and there we were.

Great little tex-mex spot. Got the grilled cheese birria sandwich and was very impressed. My partner is the real critic, though, and they reported their burrito was excellent. I would eat anywhere with their seal of approval.
