Fun place. The band Mr asylum was a great show. The pizza was good.

The lanes and balls seemed very oily. Food took a long time but tasted good. Machine occasionally stopped resetting the pins and the bar just stayed down. Better than Clancy's but could improve. Really good price though with the family thing or whatever.

Had Indiana State finals this past weekend. Didn't end up the way we would have hoped, but it's all learning not losing. Thank you, Mr. Smalls, for hosting this event. It's a wonderful alley and great food.

We had a great time bowling and the staff were very nice. I highly recommend paying by round instead of hourly because we only got 3 rounds in an hour. In order for it to be worth it you would have to play 6/7 rounds in an hour which doesn't seem physically possible. I'm not sure what the benefits to hourly is other then saving yourself a trip to the front desk.

Everytime I visit this place it only gets better. They have automatic opening doors , this is a must when dragging in your equipment. LOVE IT !! Place is warm and inviting and a huge arcade for the kids. 44 lanes, a good snack bar and a gigantic Bar attached to the bowling center, I did not visit the bar.

I just spoke with adorable miss Stephanie with her KY accent. She was incredibly accomidating. I'm making valentines day plans for my bestie and her husband and they will have cocktails ready upon arrival. Prices are pre-panfemic and so is the service. Stephanie was an absolute joy and made my plans simple and lovely! I can't wait for my girl and he rman to enjoy their first date night in three years. thank you Stephanie!!!!!

This place has gone down hill tremendously with customer service. We used to come up here for tournaments quite often and it was one of my favorite centers, but my son stopped bowling for a few years and is now back in it so we're back here for more tournaments. The entire staff besides the Café lady is down right rude. Angi used to be so sweet, and I loved her, but she treated us (and a few other parents from our school) terribly when we were here along with the other front desk people. Then the person at the table near the front desk charging us to get in was the absolute rudest of them all. I paid for 2. The second person was my special needs daughter who was already sitting down with my husband. She snapped on the girl in front of me in line and demanded she put the wrist band on her so when I got up to pay, I already knew she was gonna be a problem. She asked where my second one was and I told her it was my special needs daughter and she wouldn't wear that due to sensory issues and I'd just hold on to it. She huffed and puffed pulling the thing apart and then said SHE needed to hold it, with an attitude. I said so when she looses it.. you're gonna charge me again?! She said that's exactly why she needs to wear it! And had even MORE attitude attached. I'm sorry, but I do not play about my freaking kids. Esp my special needs kids. I don't care that you're so old you would have hid your special needs child in the attic because you would have been ashamed of them, but that's not how we play around here. I sure hope we aren't here for any more tournaments, but I'm sure we will be and of course when we come for state and stuff there's a possibility that it'll be here. I understand tournaments are very stressful for the center and it's a crazy time, but you DO NOT treat people that way for ANY reason.

My brother paid quite a bit for my niece's bday party. It was a mess from the time we arrived. We were told we could bring whatever we wanted for the party. So we just brought a small cheese ball and some crackers, also some boba teas as party favors to the teenage girls that were completely sealed and meant to take home after the party. We ordered pizza and other items, which was already planned and it cost a fortune and tasted like pure trash!! We also paid for a 2 hour party and we're told we could bowl for an hour then have an hour party or bowl for 2 hours. We chose to bowl for 2 hours but we're cut off at an hour. Myself nor anyone in my family/friends circle will ever pay to have a child's bday party here ever again. In my opinion the staff need to have better communication, and keep their word on what we were told the party entailed. Over all I give this place for party's a -0 out of 10 and will be taking our business elsewhere from here on our. From now on we will give our business to Norwood bowl in Alexandria. Worst child's bday experience ever!
