I have no idea how the food is because aftervwsiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru line we were so disgusted that we didn't even order food from them. They seriously need to improve their drive thru service.

I have ordered from this store on line and the morning shift is great and I don't wait for my food. I ordered a diet strawberry lemonade and a sweet tea on line and waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks and was never acknowledged once and it happened again the last time I was there. The kids on night shift need retrained to do their jobs.
Dietary restrictions: If you order off of dashpass they don't offer diet drinks so you have to go to chic filet website and pay extra if you are diabetic like me to have your food delivered. They are not the only restaurant not to offer diet drinks on doordash. I canceled my dashpass due to restaurants not offering diet drinks.

Went thru mobile drive thru today. 11-13-24 They gave me the food and asked to pull into a spot to wait for 3 milkshakes. AFTER 8 MINUTES of waiting, I went back up to drive thru area and asked where the shakes are. She went in and immediately came out with them. I asked how long they were sitting there and she lied and said “they just got done”. BS!! THE WHIPPED Cream WAS 3/4 Melted! I drove home, to find COLD FOOD & MELTED MILKSHAKES For 3 people! I spent $45 on this crap!! GET BETTER Chick-fil-a!!! Cause right now you suck!!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered boneless nuggets grilled. Plus Chick-fil-A sauce. Very seamless process. Get up there, there's no check filet sauce. We had to wait and call someone over to get the sauce. Proceeded to drive out of the restaurant and realize there's no napkins or fork. Having to eat that with my fingers while I'm driving was pretty disgusting! This is just common customer service expectations. I understand everyone is learning, but please provide forks to people that are going through the drive-thru and napkins!

This location is wrong and I don't know why the owner doesn't correct it. Or maybe it's in someone's home kitchen, since the mapped location is in a subdivision.
