This has to be the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. From the dirty tables to the slow service. I don’t know what it is but it’s like restaurants come to Anderson to die and have the absolute worst store in the entire franchise. I don’t understand.

I recently visited this Chick-Fil-A and i have mixed feelings. Food was honestly really good. Definitely no complaints for the meal itself.
However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed, and the overall attitude felt unwelcoming. What stood out to me was how the managers are treating the employees. There didn’t seem to be any patients or support from managers. The environment just feels tense rather than positive. Making the guest really uncomfortable.
It’s frustrating because the food is good, but employee treatment matters just as much. I hope management works on creating a better atmosphere for both customers and their team.
This place is really efficient. The outside staff greeted me with a smile and outgoing attitude. I could not have asked for a more pleasent experience.

My family often comes to the Anderson Chicken for meals. My children love the clean and safe play area while we wait on our food. The drive thru is very quick, easy, and friendly. This facility is always clean and I feel safe having my children use their restrooms. The food is always hot, and I often try different things to mix up my food choices. My current favorite is the Turkey Wrap, but you can never go wrong with some grilled nuggies, in the Mac n cheese with some buffalo sauce on top!
