Oh wow! This chicken bowl was made to perfection at this location. Also for a limited time only they had chimichurri seasoning and “oh boy” was it delicious on top of my bowl! Will be ordering the same bowl tomorrow after work! :)

The 2.5 stars you’ve got going is generous. We ordered through DoorDash. One burrito, one bowl, two chips and queso. We didn’t get any chips or queso at all, the burrito was missing multiple ingredients and the bowl that was supposed to be chicken had steak in it. Woefully disappointing, Chipotle.

I've been to this specific location 3 times since it has opened. Every time I have asked for fajita veggies for my burrito. And all three times not only have they been out, but they had no one working on another batch. I've been to Chipotle all over this country and never once did not get fajita veggies. But this location can't seem to get them even once. Either the management here is completely incompetent, or the workers are lazy, or both. Either way we won't be back, Q'doba is literally right down the road.

Ordered $200 pickup order 3 days in advance for work anniversary and staff gave the order to another person. It was pickup not door dash and it was given to door dasher without verifying the ID or order number.

I have opted out of going there several times because they don't have unsweet tea. It's on the menu but it's never made. So I drive to qdoba or culvers because they always have their unsweet tea ready at 11:00.
Food is ok the steaks always cold and they love over charging you. Probably worse chipotle and guess what it’s in Anderson imagine that.

Within what is my favorite franchise, this was probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t really know how to explain it, but it didn’t taste like Chipotle. I can’t say it was bad, but it was definitely different from the other ones I’ve been to.
Amazing service and food was great.

I've eaten Chipotle a lot. This was my first time at this location. I ordered two bowls for pickup, and I don't think I've ever been served such a small portion of food in my life. When I picked up the first bowl out of the bag I thought it was going to be empty. Neither bowl was filling. We're literally ordering food from Wolfie's as I type this because we're still starving.
Update: Just finished my bowl. I thought fajita veggies meant at least two. I had one pepper. Fun.

They never have anything prepared at this location!
Went on a Friday at 7:30 and they had nothing left!!!!! Not even rice!! I asked if they were making more as it was so far away from closing time and the gal said not right now!!!!! Horrible customer service and chipotle charges for everything!!! I get it prices are higher for everything and everyone but at least have food for customers to bye!!! I was so excited Anderson was getting a new restaurant but it is absolutely horrible. The manager needs to be let go or corporate needs to get involved on a deeper level.
First time here. Wanted a burrito without rice. Guess if you don't get rice there is nothing to soak up all the water from the beans. The flour tortilla was falling all apart before he even tried to roll it up. Then he added a second tortilla to help hold the first one together. So I ended up with two soggy tortillas that just fell apart when I opened the wrapper.
The manager of this location needs to be let go. I love chipotle and eat it a lot. I am passing through on my way to Indy and stop for lunch. There are no peppers/onions available and none of the chipotle Tabasco sauce. Two important parts of my low carb bowl. I ask for the manager and say it is not good that these items are missing and he says,” I thought I had some but I didn’t and messed up the order.” Nothing else…no offer to refund or remake my bowl. No I’m sorry??? Nothing. Afterwards I have to sit in the dining area listening to him talk very loudly to his staff about all the screwups that are happening…AC is out, missing supplies, not able to open on time and understaffed. Also, prolly not his fault but AC didn’t work and they had portable ACs and cords all over walk ways. Probably a safety risk/trip hazard see pics. It’s also probably the reason everyone was talking so loud.
