Was third trip in a row where i asked cashier to use my pegs, cashier checks and says i dont have any. I told her i did but computer says i dont. I go ahead and pay, then the reciept says i have well over 150 points. This happens each trip even though i get e-mails telling me i have pegs to use. What is that all about?

Food was okay, but my eggs were overdone and the hashbrown casserole was barely warm. Service was lacking - I think our server probably had more tables than she could handle. We were seated in the northeast corner of the dining room, and there were food splatters on several pieces of decor - it just didn't feel clean.

Are with family at Cracker Barrel in Anderson Indiana. We haven't been to dine at Cracker Barrel for years, and it went beyond our expectations. The food was fabulous and the service was even better. Our waitress Kelsey gave some of the best service we have ever had. Thanks Cracker Barrel. We will be back.

We had an exceptional waitress, her name was Heidi C. She brought additional items before we even asked. She was very pleasant, everything came hot and exactly as we ordered. We were never waiting or looking for her, she always had us covered. This waitress should receive a raise, bonus or something special for her exceptional work.Thank you again Heidi C ?Vegetarian options: I always get the Vege Plate, unless I'm in the mood for breakfast. Cracker Barrel Veges are always soooo good! My favorites are the baby carrots, fried okra, steamed broccoli and then I either have a salad, mashed potatoes or steak fries.

This is the second time at trying online ordering here and it been terrible both times.I arrived on time and when I go in to pick up my order they state they don’t have an order for me.They go back to the kitchen and check there and they bring it to me.My order ready time was 5:10pm and when I have to wait further I receive it at 5:19pm.It took 33 minutes from order online to pick up one slice of cake. They never have your information. They never have your order ready.Terrible.One of the associates told me you’re better off calling it in.Never again

The green beans are horrible. They're no longer being seasoned as they used to be, and they just taste like they're out of the can without any bacon/ham or onion to season them like in the past. Biscuits were dry.Parking: Too many to-go parking spots now located in prime dine-in customer parking.n
