Culver's food, ice cream and service are all highly rated for fast food. This restaurant was clean, friendly and fast delivery of our food. I had a Double deluxe burger, onion rings and milk shake. Very good.

Culver’s in Anderson was really busy at dinner time on Saturday. Staff and servers were very efficient! We ordered the 10-piece jumbo fried shrimp with onion rings and the Strawberry Fields Salad. Both orders were delicious!

Our family comes to Culver’s once a week and the kids get their free ice cream with their meals. The food has always tasted good. Since I can’t have ice cream, my husband always orders me a cup with 2 toppings in it, strawberries and setting chocolate on top. I eat this while my family all eats their custard. He orders me this at EVERY Culver’s we go to, including this one. However tonight I was refused it through the drive thru. I explained to the girl that I always order this and she told me she couldnt do it, so we canceled our order and went elsewhere. Then we were visibly laughed at through the window as we left. You just lost 6 customers.

I give much higher ratings to restaurants that still provide excellent customer service as opposed to kiosks. Thanks Culvers for great food and excellent customer service.
