Had picked it up to go got home I got the senior size it was in a small container & it was only half of half of the container bread sticks & my salad was good but my lasagna wasn't even the senior size

I've had mostly good experiences here, but the last time I was there me and my wife both got the chicken Alfredo and half of the bowls were filled with water. It was like it wasn't drained and instead they put the pasta noodles and the water they were heated in straight into the bowl so we just left. So mostly good experiences, but it's hard to put something like that out of the mind when thinking about the place.

I’ve been in the drive through for over 25 minutes.There’s hardly anyone here.It’s ridiculous that their drive time is crazy with only three people in the drive through, on a Monday at 8pm.Unbelievable.

I'm not sure what happened to this location but it has seriously went downhill the last few months. The breadsticks are no longer garlic and moist. The last few times they've been hard and asking for garlic from the employees doesn't help their taste. Not sure if they changed where they get their breadsticks, but they need to reevaluate where the supply comes from. The fettuccine alfredo no longer has the signature taste that it used to have and the spaghetti & meatballs were very bland. Meatballs still had good flavor.As far as service goes as we waited for our food for 15 minutes, we watched the lady who ordered in front of us walk into the back 5 seperate times. I'm not sure if they were an employee their of not but if they are off duty, and she clearly was, then they should not be in the back. The manager on duty clearly didn't care.The parking has gotten progressively bad over the years but now a few more pot holes have creeper up in the parking lot. A tune up is definitely in order.Until there is a turnaround at this location it will no longer have our business. Our family use to go every 2 weeks but that will no longer be the case. The best thing this place could do is hire managers or employees who actually cared about the location. Very disappointed.

I visited last month for a family mean and curse myself for not checking the bag before I got home but all we had was noodles and breadsticks not meat or sauce. I called and they rectified the situation by remaking the whole meal. This time I use the dive through and am told to pull ahead and wait. Unbeknownst to me I'd be waiting 25 minutes. I walked inside and the meal is just sitting on the counter. Get home start eating a piece of the pizza. There were definitely chemicals in that stuff or it was extremely old. Everyone in the family could tell something was off. We did not eat it and won't be returning.
