Good bit of our food was completely undercooked. We also got charged for individual items instead of the meal deals. Not sure what’s all going on but I don’t wanna lose our Hardee’s. In the picture you’ll see the cheese wasn’t melted and the egg was cold like it had just got taken from the fridge premade

My brother and I this past Wednesday had went here in dine in to eat breakfast which was actually pretty good, this lady thats one of the cashiers in the morning checks in on everybody in the dining room, Yes is a sweetheart🥰 I forgot her name 🤦 but some of you guys that dines in in the morning might know who I'm talking about but she made my brother and I feel comfortable also chatted with us for a little after asking about about our food, she's real sweet, and I tried the Nashville hot chicken for the first time, it wasn't bad however maybe I haven' tried a real Nashville Hot Chicken until I go to Nashville Tennessee LOL but anyways the food always have been good here, I haven't had any problems here. ❤️
This Hardee's and the staff are absolutely amazing! I can always get a nice warm meal from this restaurant! Thanksgiving, Christmas, and in a snow storm! They are always very nice and friendly. Foods always at the right temperature! Ya'll are life savers! Seriously Thank you! Peace, love, and joy to you and your families!

My boyfriend ordered me Hardee's, he went inside told the lady he wanted a biggie bag with 2 chicken wraps a drink and fry. He was confused because it came to 14 dollars when the biggie bag said 6.99 and he tried explaining to the lady he only wanted the biggie bag and she kept saying we do have taxes. He got home and I looked at receipt and she charged him for a biggie bag it said hot ham and cheese and chicken wrap then another 2 for 5 chicken wraps. We did not want all that food and I didn't want the hot ham and cheese I only wanted the biggie meal with the 2 chicken wraps fry and drink as advertised she refused to help him . The food was cold and gross. The wraps was all wrong and thrown together and the hot ham and cheese was hard not something I would eat. Horrible service ! If I wanted to spend 14 dollars on food I would of went somewhere else.
