Hardee's has been one of my favorite fast food restaurant for many years.But this one in Anderson, IN.Need lots of help.A number of customers today were very upset.Most of us know it is hard to get good help.I have been in management and know it is difficult. But much of the time it is poor management. ?

4 cars in parking lot and no one at drive-thru, took 13 minutes to get the 2 combo meals we ordered. I rarely do drive-thru’s and this solidifies my decision. The worst service, not a sole waiting for food in front of me!!!

Loved the breakfast platter! Had ❤️ biscuits which were delicious as usual. Best in the world-I’m still trying to duplicate them. I came for bogo breakfast super/loaded/monster mix & match sandwiches. Lady said no-didn’t do that-tried my phone, didn’t appear there either. What’s up?! Additionally I miss raisin biscuits. But overall Yuuummmmm! :) :) :)

Store looked cute for Christmas!Service was very Grinch-like. Guy at the counter went to the bathroom leaving our sandwiches on the rack and gave us fries that were old and brown with grease.We asked for fresh and the kid asked another worker if it was ok????They were more worried about cleaning up than serving customers. The next people came in and then left since the guy at counter ignored them.It's only 6:15 pm!!!!

Always takes awhile, and other than the GM, staff is not friendly in the least. Food is usually decent tho, and fresh most times. The chicken tenders are the best you can get, other than maybe zaxby's.
