Chef Joe's pork belly is by far the best we have ever had! We were blown away by the blast of flavors from the Brussels sprout slaw to the pork belly itself! The crab legs were great and the filet was tender and perfectly cooked. An overall wonderful dinner!!!
I m happy that a few changes were made to the menu but I think there should be more. Paying $60 for a steak without sides is unaffordable for many people. I also think there should be some healthier options. More vegetables, fruit and different appetizers. Maybe some crusty breads instead of white dinner rolls. This is my opinion. Watching the races while having dinner is a bonus.
Everything was mostly fine. They seemed a little under staffed at the time but we weren't in a big hurry. The food seemed a little over price compared to the quality but it was all acceptable. The staff was pleasant and nice. I think for the price I was expecting a little better quality than what we got. If I went back it would be to watch the horses while we ate, I didn't realize you could do that from the restaurant. They weren't running this time of year though....
