I appreciate the response to the Stars that we chose. Truly, I do. Just wanted to give you the details:
In defense of your restaurant, it was extremely busy the Sunday morning we came in. My Mom, my Cousin, and myself were about to drive back to Detroit after my Uncle's memorial service. We stopped in to get breakfast.
After the Hostess sat us, no one came over to greet us or give us menus. There were 2 servers walking past us over and over again and not one stopped to say "Hey, we're a little busy, please give us a few minutes and someone will be with you." That was the biggest disappointment. We understand being busy, but at least come and acknowledge us.
My Mom finally waived down a young lady server and asked who our waiter was. She looked around and said "I'm not sure. But I'll go ahead and take care of you".
It then took an additional 45mins for our food to arrive. Again, we understood being busy, but after waiting 20mins to even get acknowledged, then an additional 45mins to eat, we were a little irritated.
The food was good (with the exception of the chicken strips which were way over cooked). But overall, the experience was definitely subpar.

It took awhile to get our food, I got no refills on my drink and my husband had to ask for his chocolate milk twice. Could had been better but I understand guy was new.

I havnt had IHOP in so Long! We stopped into the Anderson IHOP in Indiana, It was On Point! We got greeted at the door and immediately were treated Like we are everyday regulars. The staff was awesome and so friendly. The food was EXCELLENT. My son even commented on how clean the bathroom was. We will definitely stop at this IHop again when in the area.

The server was polite and did a fine job. I ordered a giant omelette had to be at bare minimum 4 egger. It only took like 2 minutes after ordering, and BAM !!! My omelette was here. Just seemed really fast for a four egg omelette with steak and bacon and you know it should have took longer than 2 minutes to cook which is rather frightening to me. Seeming it had steak bacon supposed to have sauteed vegetables the vegetables look like prop vegetables and just because it came out so fast the giant omelette I was turned off and I couldn't eat the whole thing. I think I'll stick with the old choke and puke down the road waffle House a little bit better than that one-legged IHOP
