Not from the area but we go here everytime we visit. System went down as we walked in. We ordered our food and the pay system was still down by time we finished our food. The manager gave it to us free of charge.

I love jj but this location sucks. I order the same thing every time and I always get something different (forgets cheese, doesn’t leave bread in etc) I’ve even had them call me after placing an online order for them to tell me they can’t make it and I’d be refunded in a week. Save your money. Save your time. Get lunch somewhere else.

I don’t even come to jimmy john but my location picks it up for some reason
Ordered two sandwiches. One never came so finally settled for turkey that came down that no one was claiming. We think some else took our number 9. They are not writing names or number on the sandwiches. Guy at the end is unwrapping to see what they are and then not calling out number very loud. It's a goat rodeo on that line. Don't bother with this JJ.

Most of the time things are good. But, I'd say about 50% of the time even if you have 'cut in half' checked, they don't cut it. And 85% of the time I order a drink, like today, I don't get it and can't request a refund, which is garbage. Do NOT put your copy paste 'visit the website and give your feedback' response you put on everything or I will change my review to a 1 star bc that is so completely impersonal.
