I absolutely loved the experience. I was greeted like a new friend. Dave has to be one of the friendliest people I have ever met. The conversations brought a smile to my face. They were QUICK even with how busy they were. And the food? Delicious. I hope i get a chance to see them again.

The smoky beef brisket sandwich I ate was melt-in-your-mouth delicious (no toughness anywhere whatsoever), and very filling in size ??. The side of mac-n-cheese was warm and gooey, with sticky strands forming when I pulled away forkfuls from the main mass.IDK how much this truck normally charges, since it provided catering to a Keep Indianapolis Beautiful event, without charge to guests. But at least the brisket-barbecue is first rate in quality, and with plentiful servings. ?

Dave is a delight he was funny and easy to chat with.
They showed up early and were ready when we were to eat.
The food was hot and very good!

yeah these people cut me off in traffic on southbound 465 and almost caused a huge wreck, then proceeded to drive on the shoulder to get onto 465. The driver sucks and I bet the food does too. Would not reccomend being behind them in traffic.

I’ve known Chef Dave for 50 years. Besides being a FABULOUS Chef, he’s one of nicest guys in the world and would do anything in making your food truck experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. ??
