I don't live here so just did a Google search of the area. Disappointed to say the least. Vegetables are overcooked. These are not the noodles I am used to from our hibachi restaurants. And the miso soup was flooded with too much seaweed. $30 not well spent. The only plus was the hibachi soup. Also, don't dine in as it was super hot as I sat waiting to get my food.

I startes my order with a delightful miso soup to prepare my appetite, then had a platter of INCREDIBLY fresh sushi. The unagi in particular was among the best I've had across multiple parts of the USA. The chicken katsu was also a delight, with the right balance of crunchy & juicy; but what made me decide it was 5 stars was the thoughtful staff. Sadly stars don't go to 6, as the presence of Kerfus certainly makes it worthy of that extra star.

I don’t know what I expected but it wasn’t THIS divine culinary experience in the middle of Anderson Indiana! We tried several rolls, salmon hibachi, calamari, and boom boom chicken. I am sure I’ll sleep for a month - the food was cooked so the outside had a nice crunch, the inside was tender, and the salmon MELTED in my mouth. I could probably drink a cup of the boom boom sauce! There were so many levels to the flavor and texture, the portions are so generous, and the staff...
