This strip mall has black mold throughout. No one should be eating here.

I used to love this place was one of my favorites out of everywhere. In Anderson, their grinders were awesome, loved them and their breadsticks. Best breadsticks in Anderson, twice the size of any other breadstick, 3 times the size of a Pizza King breadstick, you could go there and get 3 breadsticks, which would be 2 orders of Pizza, king breadsticks and twice as tasty, and then they did the worst thing. Imaginable, they replaced their cheese with some kind of plastic nasty gross cheese to where you might as well not order the breadsticks anymore. Because the cheese is so nasty, you can't eat the breadsticks and then they switch the ham to some kind of thick, slimy ham instead of a real thin, Sliced, yummy ham, that they had. So now I've been ordering Pizza, which I never had before. Because I love their grinders so much. I even took a 2 year. Hiatus, from this place on strike, waiting on them to bring the good cheese back. But luckily, 1 day at work, my buddies bought one other big giant pizzas for a birthday party, and I fell in love with their Pizza cuz. It was the first time I ever had it. And now I'm stuck on the restaurant again. Please mancinos, if you read this, would you please for the love of everything? Get some good cheese for them yummy breadsticks, have you as the owner tried that disgusting cheese? You are serving with those delicious breadsticks. It's an insult to the breadsticks !!!! I gave them a three star for the pizza alone. If they would get some good cheese, they would instantly go back up to a five !! I don't know how you're confused. It says in the review I went on a hiatus away from your establishment because of the nasty Nacho cheese and the big thick ham. I have been going there for a long time. Probably since you opened, i used to get a card punched every time I got a grinder. You used to have that system where if you filled up a card, you got a free sandwich. I have always lived in Anderson. I just recently started going back fro the Pizza that er got at work like it says in the. Review. My daughter is 8 now and she used to love playing the ball game. My youngest daughter is 3 now and has never went there. So, it has been longer than. COVID.
It has probably six or seven years.Hiatus, I went on strike from eating there. So that's how the nacho cheese changed to this disgusting cheese. You now call nacho cheese, not trying to say nothing bad about your establishment.Just about the cheese !! And I wish I could just reply to you.I had to go and edit this review in order to try and talk to you.Cuz.I so want some better cheese. It's that important to me . Matter of fact, it was during covid is when you changed your cheese.I was just talking to buddy who bought the pizza about you.And it was covid, you changed your cheese during covid must have been hard to get the cheese. You used to have, or you probably would have never switched .

Update: Gave mancino's a second chance and my food was alot better. Thanks to shelby

First time trying this place. Didn't really like it. The pizza barely had sauce on it and the bottom of the pizza was soft. The cheese for the bread sticks had no taste and tasted very cheap and for the breads sticks they were hard.

I got an Italian sub with Italian dressing and they put so much on it soaked through the bag and fell onto the floor of my garage as I was walking into the house. I called the lady manager the next day and told her what happened and she said since I was already home they weren't responsible! The food was good the 2 times I had been there, and the workers were friendly, however I won't be back because they refuse to make things right when they are at fault so they just lost thousands of dollars for an 8 dollar sandwhich. Hope Mancinos enjoys that 8 dollars thats all they will get from this lady!

First time. Ordered the half Stromboli with breadstick. Portions were huge. Half Stromboli is enough for a big guy. Breadstick is huge. Both were delicious and served fairly quickly for a strom. Crust is perfect and crunchy. Sausage was fantastic, ample cheese that was HOT. Breadstick was giant, hot and delicious. Came with HOT cheese. A rarity in this industry to not charge or be cold as ice. Tomato sauce is the less processed type that is tomato-y. It's not my favorite type, more like marina, but it won me over. Restroom was clean, employees were attentive and dining room was ample. Overall a great place to eat.

Normally Mancinos is one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve gone to the Anderson one twice in the last 3 months or so and got the Mancinos club grinder and both times it ended up making me very sick with food poisoning. I don’t know if it’s a refrigeration issue or just using food that is questionable, but it made me the kind of sick where you just pray for death to come. I won’t be going back to this Mancinos.

Food is reasonably good, but not good as the one in Muncie. Management can't be bothered to allow people to have water vuos because you might steal a drink and not get water.... just get some small clear cups. I have never seen a restaurant not give a cup for water. .there is literally nothing int he fountain my daughter can drink, but you want to force us to buy water. Take lessons from your other locations and don't treat all your customers like thieves because you don't trust people.

I’ve had Mancinos multiple times over the course of 20+ years and always thought it a good quality place for your money. Not the best in town but above average and a nice change up from “the usual” once in a while. Honestly never been disappointed with it.

However, yesterday when I decided to get some for dinner (when no one else wanted food so I just ordered for myself), I noticed a couple things I hadn’t seen before which I hope were just an oversight.

I ordered Greek grinder and an 8” pizza with a handful of toppings.

The grinder was fine but it could have used some sauce. I’m not even sure if the menu specifies whether it comes with sauce but you’d think a Greek sub that is offered at a restaurant only .1 miles from another gyro restaurant would have tzatziki sauce and by default offer it on their Greek sub.

The pizza was also fine (not great) but the one major standout to me was that I ordered bacon on it for the first time only to find that they use literal dried bacon bits! Like the kind you buy at Kroger and put on your salad or baked potato. I’m just picturing the owner and manager discussing their ingredients and deciding that dried bacon bits are acceptable on a pizza. If nothing else you should at least let people know this beforehand and not charge full regular topping price for 10 cents worth of dried bac-os on a pizza when other places charge the same amount for real bacon. This just defies common sense to me. The pizza still wasn’t bad but any normal entrepreneur would know that that isn’t what folks are expecting when they order bacon on their pizza.

Lastly they charged me $1.49 for each topping when the website clearly states that for an 8” pizza each topping is $1.09. Wouldn’t be so bothered by that if it weren’t for the damn dried bacon bits.
