I'd give ZERO stars if it was an option. The Garlic Parm sauce has red pepper flakes in it and according to the GM it was my fault for assuming something I was allergic to was not in the sauce. The guy who answered the phone even lied to me and said there were no red pepper in the sauce. They refused a refund or replace the item. And it was my fault for not looking at the ingredients before ordering. The "manager" said she'd never assume a garlic/parm sauce didn't have red pepper flakes. On top of that, one of their driver's stole a 2 liter of soda from me and instead of giving a refund for the soda...I was charged again just deducting the soda from my order. They charged me over $70 and yet to hear from their GM for the issue. Never again am I ordering from them.

Poor customer service PERIOD. Ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico Pizza using Door Dash... they made the pizza WITH NO PEPPERONI and then said since I ordered through Door Dash there was nothing they could do besides charge me for another pizza! Absolutely NOT and Door Dash refunded me for THEIR mistake.

They are always behind on orders. I doordash and it always takes more than 30 minutes for me to get there order. They don't have it together at all

Really soggy sorry barely cooked food poor management would not replace my order staff and vet restaurant is very vulgar and rude and will not listen to instructions on cooking the food I'll never order Marco's again it was a waste of $40

Extremely disappointed. I placed an online order for delivery but we did not receive our entire order and the driver couldn’t find my house. I called the store to ask for the salad to be delivered but they said they could not deliver it. Then I asked to be refunded for my salad and tip but all I was offered was a $10 credit on my next order, or I could pick up the salad myself. The manager says their store is unable refund any orders. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never order from these guys again and I’d suggest others don’t as well. Any problem with your delivery and you won’t get any real help.Update: I called this morning and spoke with the store general manager. She was extremely nice and helpful. She refunded the price of my missing food with no problems. Thank you for the positive interaction this morning. I have increased my rating from 1 to 4.
