Why would the temperature not be anle to be controlled by the employees in the restaurant? It is cold outside but the heat is blowing uncomfortably hot.

Great Location!! I had the club sandwich with potato salad. A Caeser chicken salad. And Macaroni & cheese. It was Delicious! This location was very clean. And the staff were very polite. This is a perfect place to get lunch. Very modern & up to date in terms of style & decor. I will be returning. I also love the rewards system they have. Dont forget to sign up if you haven't already..

First time ever at McAllister's and all I can say is I'm impressed! Staff were very warm and welcoming (awesome!) Also very patient & helpful as I took some time trying to decide what I wanted. Food tasted so good. I got a pick 2 sandwhich and salad, cookie and drink. Everything was fresh and they took extra caution to be sure my food was right (I have an allergy). If you ever get a chance I highly recommend giving McAllister's a try, it may just become your new favorite 😊

I was a little leery of dining in at this location after reading some reviews on the customer service; however, my family and I had a very good experience. The food was delicious, and Sandra provided top notch service. She was helpful, pleasant and patient while we ordered and delivered our food with a smile. She also came in clutch with a plate of pickle spears when they were left off our order!

Stopped for dinner while traveling and placed an order to go. Had to repeat my order 3 times to the cashier because she wasn't paying attention and keep turning to talk to another employee. We waited patiently for 25 min to get our order only for it to be completely wrong. Ordered a half reuban and potato soup. I received broccoli soup, and the reuban didn't have cheese or sauerkraut. Order a new Yorker on white bread, and it had no cheese, no sauerkraut, no pastrami and it was on rye bread. Seriously 25 min and they screwed up everything. Didn't notice until we got back on the road. Should have go to subway, at least we can watch them make the sandwiches and know its correct. Complete waste of money.

I have frequented this place and I was very excited when McAlister's came to Anderson. I don't know if the Sunday team is not trained like the others but today's experience was below par. My husband went in to get us lunch around 11am. No potatoes were available at that time! He ordered a wrap instead of a sandwich, but when he got it home - it was on bread NOT a wrap. I wanted the seasonal buffalo chicken nachos. The nachos he brought home were nowhere close to what I have received previously. It was a small side box and not the meal box. Luckily, a side of nacho cheese in a cup was also sent which may have saved it. However, there were items on it that were not supposed to be (jalapeños) and items that should have been that were not (blue cheese crumbles & buffalo ranch dressing). We did not take the time to bring it all back, but we shouldn't have to. Do better Sunday crew!

Ordered two sandwiches. One was substituted with the garlic mayo and the other had regular mayo. The sandwich with the special mayo ended up having no mayo and the sandwich that was suppose to have regular mayo ended up having the special mayo. Also selected to have my sandwich on a croissant instead of the regular bread but instead they still put it on regular bread and halfway wrapped it instead of putting it in a box. The sandwiches were not well put together and very sloppy. We called 20 minutes later and the manager said that the $30 charge would be refunded and would fall off. We’re about 9 days later and still no refund. It sucks because this place could really thrive in Anderson.

Horribly customer service at this location. I literally walked in, no wait, six employees behind the counter, no other customers up front, two people at the register. After patiently waiting 2-3 minutes, no one acknowledged I was even there. Then a girl commented out loud, just shoot me! Very weird. The girl at the register looked up for one second, then went back up talking to the other employee. No one asked if they could take my order. I just shook my head and walked out. I’ve never had this experience at any other McAlister’s. Very immature, poor attitude. I’m a 61 y/o well dressed customer.

Update: I wrote to Alissa Oliver (via email) as requested in the response a few days ago, no response. I also filled out a form on the main McAlister’s website with no response. I’ve checked my spam mail.

First time at a McAlister's. Got a roast beef spud. It was a huge. Made for my whole meal. Had to save the sandwich or later. The food was very good. Service was great. Everything looked clean. Will be back.
