One of the worst McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had in my life..food was completely wrong and they gave us about 5 fries per package too lmao, nothing we asked for on the sandwiches. If I could rate is 0 stars I would but I have to put one which they don’t deserve at all. Trash location

Had the AGM in the back helping with making orders, literally seen this person put her hands in a trash can with gloves on, and didn't change her glove after touching the trash bin. They were so backed up outside, no one knew what they were doing, so many orders messed up, so it your orders being made just make sure they change there gloves. As someone that's worked in the food industry your gonna be changing you glove alot more than often, when you leave the store, when changing the trash and even whenever you go to the bathroom. Common sense people!!!!!

I got 2 sausage,cheese&egg biscuit, plus a small coffee.I got too work and they put Grilled onions on themI guess I got a little extra.When they gave me back my change.They dropped it,so I had to get out my car and get it.Good thing there was other change on the ground lol

The order was not correct. Took it back inside to get fixed, and it was screwed up again. There were a lot of people all standing getting their orders corrected. Chaos is how I'd explain the atmosphere.

We went through the drive through and we were asked to pull forward to a parking spot. A kid came to our window 3 times with orders that were not ours. There were dozens of cars waiting on food that wasn't coming out. We waited for 35 minutes before trying to go in and ask where our food was but no one ever came to the counter so we went back to the car. The kid came to our window again and had another order that wasn't ours and asked for our receipt which we gave him and said we just wanted to leave at the point. He said ok and walked away with our receipt. No refund offered never got food. So basically was ripped off from this Macdonalds. Do not go here. Very unprofessional and clearly don't know what they're doing....and you'll be out money with no food apparently.

I can't leave much of a review when you act like your closed knowing there open and we normally have a 60 $ order
We stopped in to order and dine in. The front counter guy walked away and we stood for almost 10 minutes with no one taking our order. An employee kept going from the dining room to stand in front of us to ask about her food and went behind the counter to get her own cup for a drink. An older lady came in behind us and asked if we had ever gotten our order taken and we said no. We left, went down the street to Wendy's where we were immediately greeted and our order taken. We had our food in less time than we had waited around for no one to even greet us at McDonald's. I would say terrible customer service but there was actually NO customer service. This was around 6:30pm on a Thursday.
