Food is good. Order accuracy, 40%. Half the time you don’t even get done ordering before the individual taking your order interrupts you. Then, when you think everything is all cleared up, it’s still wrong.
Don't order curbside at this location. They will ignore your order for half an hour then bring you cold food.

A reliably poor dining experience, especially for drive thru customers. The food, if you get it, is usually OK, but getting an accurate order in a timely manner is usually more than they can manage.

Apparently an egg and cheese biscuit costs more than a BEC biscuit and the clueless manager who can’t do math agrees. Terrible customer service, but enjoy the extra dollar.

This place is a complete catastrophe every time I go. My order is wrong almost every time, I've never spent less than ten minutes in the drive thru and multiple times I've heard employees arguing with one another in the few brief seconds I've been within earshot. This place needs a complete staff replacement, starting with the leadership. Stay far away, your sanity will thank you.

This location is awful. I'm actually still in the restaurant, but several of us have been waiting a half hour for small orders. No one in management is doing anything to help the situation if there is even a manager here.
