Wasn't a smash burger. Just a hamburger with the hamburger bun top grilled and placed upside down. Definitely not as advertised on the menu. Was a wast of money.

So, it is in the Perkins. But, you have to order online and they bring it out. You CAN sit down, but I guess since it isn't part of the Perkins restraunt you are in that this is not really ideal. The whole thing seemed pretty sketchy. I feel I just got catfished.
