I utilized Olive Gardens catering this Tuesday. I had a large order for pick up. My order was ready when requested and the staff member who brought it out was very friendly!! Great experience with the ease of online ordering and pickup!

It was so cold in the restaurant we had to eat with our winter coats on. To spend $100 we should have a comfortable room temperature to eat our supper.

We yad a party of 15 which i called ahead when they first opened at 11am our party was at 530 pm for my wifes birthday service was very poor they where very unfriendly at our table i ordered a whole cheescake when i called in at 11am and we received a frozen cheescake this was for my wifes birthday food was brought out and set on the treys for the waitress to serve to us and the guys that brought the food out made the statement your waitress will be here in alittle bit maybe the hostess was rude the waitress was rude plainly not happy.we where a group. They stated we got a 1500.00 catering order that cames in so its going to be a while before you will.get your food and walked away we had to track someone down to get drink refills. I.never asked for a discount paid our entire 300.00 plus bill and still tipped a 100.00 will.never try and celebrate my 2ivea birthday or anything ever again with olive garden ruined my wifes celebration.thanks oliver garden for the horriable experience

The waitresses are great! I don't know any of them but they take care of you like family. They give you suggestions and are very aware of details.

Took my daughter here for her birthday & regretted it, from the 25 minute wait on a Sunday to a slow traffic dining room, to my daughter ordering the mousse cake for her & friend to share. We simply asked the waitress for an extra plate and she said “no I’ll bring two spoons”. Very bizarre waitress. However the chef that brought out the mozzarella sticks, had great like ability & a jovial demeanor, he should be training the wait staff

The workers could use some training on customer service. A little smile goes a very long way. ?

Joel I want my tip back you could've added silverware to my takeout order! You know I'm a driver I needed that more than the mints!
