Placed online order. Gave me a pick-up time of 15 mins. We arrived at that given time only to be told it would take 20 more minutes and that they didn’t have white rice. Had to keep waiting around just to cancel and still didn’t get confirmation it would be ready. What a crappy experience, and to get no guarantee of a refund too! So complicated and disappointing.

Went here for the first time and I was not impressed at all. The place was fairly busy...I felt rushed while trying to get my food. The employees I felt were rushing me cause they were busy. The food was cold and hard. The tables were dirty I had to clean one up myself. Honestly I think I got food poisoning from it cause I was sick all night! I won't be going back!

Horrible service. They rushed us through the line. There was only one other customer behind us. When I asked that the teriyaki chicken be crossed cut, she cut it with attitude...you'd think had asked her to spoon feed it to me. We passed on the rice because it had burnt pieces. The service has been going down hill for a while. Last time I spend my money there.
